Nokia officially confirmed that its imaging behemoth, the Pureview 808 will be hitting retail stores in May in Russia and India. The device boasts of a large, high-resolution 41 megapixel sensor with Carl Zeiss optics. The Nokia 808 PureView also includes full HD 1080p video recording and playback with 4X lossless zoom. The Finnish vendor claims to have audio recording at CD-like levels of quality owing to its use of Nokia Rich Recording technique. The 808 also packs Dolby Headphone technology for surround sound experience over headphones and Dolby Digital Plus for 5.1 channel surround sound playback.
