Verizon Tops J.D Power’s Wireless Call Quality Performance Study in the US

Verizon is the Best Operator in the US by Call Quality

Verizon Wireless once again tops the list for the best Call Quality Performance across the Nation. This has been confirmed by JD Power’s latest call quality study reports, which has been released this week. Verizon wireless for the 13th straight time ranks top among the wireless.

According to JD Power’s call quality report, Verizon the carrier had the best call quality in the US northeast, southeast, southwest and west. Whereas, in the mid-Atlantic, the place where it had tied with AT&T had fell short and in the north central area, US Cellular had least call problems.

While AT&T and Sprint traded drive for second place. AT&T scored last in the west, due to San Francisco Bay Area network which dragged it down, and in the north central area, where Chicago has had trouble. Whereas, states like southeast, southwest including Florida and Texas, defined AT&T Call quality as average.

Sprint was mixed and sometimes remained above or below the average for all regions. While T-Mobile stands as below average, which is mainly worst in the northeast.

Finally, the report states that smartphone users and frequent texters stumble upon more problems than average, about 13 out of every 100, while average users faced 11 problems.

Overall, it is a great day and year for Verizon Wireless for standing as the top wireless.
